This project is led by Donato Powell, CEO of Platinum Real Estate Ventures, who brings over 30 years of executive leadership experience as a United States Marine Corps officer, along with service in higher education and large-scale real estate development exceeding $400 million.

Donato holds a Doctorate in Business, a Master of Science in Engineering and Mathematics, a Master of Science in Strategic Military History, Strategy, and Policy, and a Master of Divinity from seminary, where he is currently advancing toward a doctoral degree. This multidisciplinary foundation uniquely equips him to integrate analytical precision, strategic foresight, operational excellence, and faith-based leadership into complex development and institutional environments.

His leadership experience also includes tenure at Azusa Pacific University, where he served as an Associate Vice President in Facilities Management, Design, and Construction—overseeing complex campus development initiatives, infrastructure planning, and capital project execution within a Christian higher education environment.

While serving in active military operations—including periods of war and deployment—Donato also dedicated over 13 years as an adjunct professor, teaching applied mathematics, computer science, and business operations courses. This combination of real-world leadership and academic instruction reflects a rare ability to bridge theory and execution at the highest levels.

In addition to his role as developer, Donato serves as Chief of Staff and Administrative Pastor for both the school and the church, working in concert with the elders and the head of the church to ensure unified vision, governance alignment, and operational excellence. In this capacity, he plays a central role in integrating ministry and institutional strategy—overseeing business processes, strengthening operational systems, and driving disciplined execution across all areas.
